My clients at Chicagoland Bicycle were looking
for a clean, professional, crisp site design to correspond
to the company's function as a
seller of high-end professional racing bikes. To achieve this
goal, I used a well-structured layout and a neutral light-gray
color scheme, while freeing up much of the home page to feature
detailed and interestingly cropped images of the bicycles. Since
the client wanted to incorporate Flash motion graphics on
the home page as well, I intended for this central area to
feature several
frames of bicycle and cyclist shots along with corresponding
text.
This design was one of my last completed while at MonsterCommerce / Network
Solutions, so unfortunately I was unable to proceed forward with the site
integration and Flash development;
however, the final published site (currently only
available for view under its IP address) does
make use of my original artwork. |
