Inspiration for this e-commerce site design was drawn from several websites
referenced by my client at TeleclassMagic. During our initial
consultation, my client noted the fact that many of his competitor's
sites had a low-end, homemade look and feel, and that many
of them were designed with bright, eye-catching colors. However,
a more contemporary trend towards magician and illusionist
websites was towards a darker toned, more professional and
high-end design. With these two ends of the spectrum in mind,
my client wished to create a blend of the two styles. The end result
is a site with an overall dark, rich color scheme highlighted
with brighter, jewel-toned hues.
